Building on the basic elements of Calisthenics- Pull-ups, Push-ups, Squats, Dips, Planks and isometric holds -learn to increase your strength, power, and endurance in these elements and take your body and mind to a whole new level in your training.
You will also learn Intermediate skills such as Muscle Ups, increasing your bar endurance, and increasing your reps, skills that will set you on your way to bridging the gap between beginner level athletes, and advanced level athletes.
The recommended (but not mandatory) requirements for this class go as followed: 5 Strict Pull-ups, 20 Push-ups, a minimum of a 1-minute Dead-hang on the bar, 50 Bodyweight Squats, and a minimum of a 1-minute Plank Hold.
