Use the fundamentals learned in the beginner Calisthenics class to venture into a whole new world of strength. Learn strength holds such as the human flag and front levers, feats of balance and focus such as handstands as well as maximum reps to build an impressive physique and vigorously test your willpower. This class is serious and although there are no mandatory requirements, we highly recommend you are able to perform a minimum of: 10 strict pull ups for males and 5 strict pull ups for females, 40 push ups for males and 20 push ups for females, 100 bodyweight squats for both.
